| Ray White Commercial has remained active during these more difficult times, the small to mid end of the market has remained resilient with transactions still being completed. The higher end of the market has had the most significant disruptions placed on it, with buyers not buying at the yields they were 12-18 months ago.
Ray White finished 2008 and has started 2009 in a positive manner, completing multiple sales through the inner south and inner north and continuing to be a market leader in private leasing transactions.
